A consultation
in seven phases.
Lived by the client,
guided by the operator.

Each phase has a precise purpose: turning a potentially improvised conversation into a structured journey that ends with a conscious choice, a look plan and a clear technical protocol for the team.

01WELCOME

Welcome

What happens

The client sits down, the operator opens the app on the tablet and shows a personalised screen with the salon's logo and colours. It is a moment of "entering the ritual", not a technical action.

Why it matters

It sets a tone different from a simple chat at the counter. It tells the client that she is about to receive a structured service, in which her preferences will be heard.

02INTRO

System activation

What happens

The app presents the journey, clarifies duration and purpose, then guides the operator through preparing the client profile.

Why it matters

It aligns expectations and tone before the technical choices. The client understands what happens, the operator keeps pace and order.

03PROFILE

Client profile

What happens

The operator collects — or updates — the client's basic information: personal data, styling habits, products used at home, recent colours and treatments, any allergies or sensitivities, preferred language.

Why it matters

The subsequent technical analysis is calibrated on this data: a client who declares bleached hair requires a different protocol than one with virgin hair, even with the same visual identikit.

04FACE ANALYSIS· WOW MOMENT

Face analysis
golden ratio

What happens

The portrait acquired in a controlled environment is analysed locally via landmark detection. The system computes proportions and maps them onto the golden ratio relationships, highlights the guide lines with a narrated animation, and classifies the face shape (oval, round, square, rectangular, heart, diamond, triangular).

Why it matters

It is the differentiator: it turns a subjective suggestion ("in my opinion this suits you") into a recommendation grounded in an ancient, recognisable and visible criterion. The client sees why certain hairstyles work on her face and others less.

What it is NOT

It is aesthetic consultation support, not an absolute aesthetic judgement. It is a geometric analysis of proportions, presented with care and without judgement.

05LOOK PLAN

Look plan

What happens

The system translates the chosen look into a readable plan: cut schema, colour technique, working zones, product recipe and operational notes. The client sees the journey, the team receives a consistent technical track.

Why it matters

It is the bridge between preview and actual service. It reduces the gap between "I like this idea" and "how do we get there", keeping technical responsibility in the operator's hands.

06PROTOCOL

Technical protocol for the team

What happens

After the plan is approved, the system prepares a technical sheet for the person executing the service: cutting technique, colour schema, processing times, recommended products and operational cautions.

Why it matters

It closes the gap between what the client chose and what the team must execute. It reduces communication errors, especially when the person leading the consultation is not the same as the one executing the service.

07COMPLETED

Closing and follow-up

What happens

The client receives a salon-branded report with descriptive and photographic analysis plus practical hair-care advice.

Why it matters

The salon moment extends past the visit: the client can revisit the look at home, show it to her partner, share it. The salon stays present in the client's memory even after the appointment.

Cross-cutting capabilities

The infrastructure
that makes the ritual
possible.

Appointments and online booking

Salon calendar with professionals, recurring availability, exceptions and blocks. Every salon publishes a booking page and a widget for its own website: the client books without creating an account, picks her services and gets confirmation and reminder by email. Till, payments and stock stay outside.

Real multi-tenancy

A single deployment serves N salons, each with fully isolated data and its own branding: logo, two primary colours, name.

Multilingual IT / EN / ES / FR / PT

Italian is the source language, with parallel English, Spanish, French and Portuguese translations. The client can receive the consultation in her own language even if different from the salon's default.

Role controls

Separate permissions for owner, operators and superadmin. Every salon works in its own space, with independent settings, libraries and branding.

Touch-first, vertical tablet

Big buttons, gesture friendly, optimised for the "digital mirror" experience of a tablet in portrait next to the station.

Installable PWA

It behaves like an app on the salon's tablet, while remaining a web app updated centrally. No store updates and no native app to distribute.
